Friday Night Social Tennis
Friday night social tennis is a great chance for you to meet other members and play tennis in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Social events will be run during the summer e.g. BBQ, strawberries & cream night etc.
Tea, coffee and light refreshements will be provided on each night. So come along and be part of the fun.

It will run from Friday 3rd April 2026 to Friday September 4th 2026
Time: 7.30 – 10.30pm
How to Join In
A WhatsApp group has been set up to run this event. Members can join by texting their name and tennis experience to Bill Lonergan 087-3122918.
A call for members to enter their names for the following Friday will be sent out each Tuesday evening via the WhatsApp group.
Cost €3 each night (to cover cost of new tennis balls and refreshements).
Format of Play
Players will be assigned a partner by Bill Lonergan.
Pairs will then be assigned a court based on tennis experience.
Players will play a doubles match against each pair on their court.
A new tennis ball will be presented to the winners of their group on each court.
