Friday Night Social Tennis
- Friday night social tennis is a great chance for you to meet other members and play tennis in a friendly and relaxed environment.
- A number of social events will be run during the course of the summer e.g. BBQ, strawberries & cream night etc.
- Tea, coffee and light refreshements will be provided on each night. So come along and be part of the fun.

- It will run from Friday March 29th to Friday September 27th 2024
- Time: 7.30 – 10.30pm
How to Join In
- A WhatsApp group has been set up to run this event. Members can join by texting their name and tennis experience to Bill Lonergan 087-3122918.
- A call for members to enter their names for the following Friday will be sent out each Tuesday evening via the WhatsApp group.
- Cost €3 each night (to cover cost of new tennis balls and refreshements).
Format of Play
- Players will be assigned a partner by Bill Lonergan.
- Pairs will then be assigned a court based on tennis experience.
- Players will play a doubles match against each pair on their court.
- A new tennis ball will be presented to the winners of their group on each court.
