Court Booking Information (indoor and outdoor courts)

The ebooking system has now been set up to add credit to your account. To do this:

Go to the ebooking court booking page and log on as usual.
On the right hand side margin, there is a “Manage Account” tab, above the calendar.
Click on this tab and the option is then given to “Add Credit”. Here you can add to your wallet using a bank card.

When booking an indoor court a fee of €4 will be required for the full booking slot of 1hr 30 minutes (All slots on indoor courts are 1hr 30 mins).
If 4 players are playing, each player will have a €1 deducted automatically when booking is confirmed. If 2 players are playing each player will have €2 deducted.
If 3 players are named, with a 4th being added at a later stage, credit is taken from 3 and when 4th added to booking, credit goes back to the other 3 players. If a participating player does not have credit, the court can still be booked with credit being taken from other player/players.
If courts are cancelled credit is returned to all.

Remember to have your credits topped up in advance of booking.

Do not wear outdoor shoes on the indoor courts
Do not wear your tennis shoes on the walk down to the indoor courts.
Change to your tennis shoes just inside door of indoor courts.
Please make sure your tennis shoes are clean from grit etc.
Ideally, it would be best to have a separate pair of shoes for the indoor courts other than ones used on Courts 1 to 4 but it is not mandatory.

The Indoor lights will need to be activated by registering at: https://lightingsports.com/killaloetennisclub/app.aspx
Registration and token purchase is advisable before going to indoor courts (1 token is 22.5 minutes of lighting).
There is a monitor on right hand side as you enter courts where the remaining time will be displayed for each court.
There will be a QR code posted at the indoor courts and clubhouse.
